Spa Etiquette

 

Appointments All appointments must be guaranteed with a 40% deposit either by credit card, gift voucher, cash, or EFTPOS when scheduling for an appointment more than one hour duration. All appointments will be confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit via phone or SMS. Please provide us with your most accessible telephone number.

Cancellation Policy Your spa services are reserved especially for you. We ask that you notify at least 24 hours in advance for bookings less than 1 hour and 48 hours notice is required for any other bookings, otherwise a 40% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card or gift voucher. All "NO SHOW" appointments will result in the loss of your deposit or a 40% reduction in gift voucher.

Gift Vouchers Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals will be shortened to respect the next appointment.

Valuables Please leave your valuables at home and only bring what you need to the clinic. The clinic does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

Mobile Phones As a courtesy to other clients and beauty therapists please switch off mobile phone for the duration of your appointment to ensure all clients enjoy their Spa experience.

Health Condition When booking your treatments, please notify the clinic of any health conditions that may affect your spa experience.

Children Due to the relaxation therapy being enjoyed by other clients please do not bring children under 12. Children receiving services must be accompanied by an adult.

Heat treatments Health experts recommend that you receive only one heat treatment per day. Following any heat treatment it is important that you rest and not participate in any vigorous activity for at least one hour. Drink lots of water and wait an hour after meals before any heat treatments. Pregnant women and individuals with varicose veins should avoid heat treatments. Bather is required for any aqua therapies. Open toed shoes are recommended for those having pedicures.

Returns and/or refunds Please choose carefully as products and gift vouchers are non-refundable. Credit note can only be issued for return of products where products are faulty, wrongly prescribed and accompanied with a receipt within 14 days of purchased. Refund or credit note cannot be given for change of mind purchase.

PrivacyYour privacy is important to us and information collected is only used by Bella Skin Health Clinic MediSpa. Any information that you provide will not be shared with any third party except for program implementation and technical purposes. We may use your details such as emails or postal address to send promotional offers or material that we believe may be of interest.

Payment At Bella Skin Health Clinic MediSpa we accept cash, credit card and Eftpos. All prices provided by Bella Skin Health Clinic MediSpa are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Dual Treatment Room Dual treatment room is also available on request. Your experience can be enhanced by having the same-time in the same room with the option of a private Geisha Spa Bath prior to your treatment.
