Welcome to Bella Loyalty Program You will instantly become a member of our client club upon your first visit with us; it is our way of appreciating your business from day one. Each of your visits will accrue points which can be redeemed toward future skin day spa experiences and treatment upgrades. We hope you enjoy these expressions of our gratitude.

Five reward points for every $100.00. Policy It is that simple. For every $100.00 spent in services we give you five points towards your account. When you have accumulated at least 25 points, you will be able to use the points towards a service excluding promotions.

When can I start using it?You will need at least 25 points to start redeeming points. You can redeem points at anytime! Unlike many other loyalty programs in the market, redeeming your points are restricted to off-peak periods only. Not us. There are no "black-out" periods for us, use your points anytime on any services excluding promotions.

Refer a friend We'll give you five reward points for every new client you refer to us! This is our way of thanking you. Hence the more you refer, the more reward points you earn (excluding gift voucher clients).

Detailed terms and conditions

Points accumulated are non transferable. Points cannot be credited or refunded to cash.
Points have no monetary value outside of Bella Skin Health Clinic.
25 points must be accumulated before redeeming your points.
Points cannot be redeemed on seasonal special promotions, product or gift voucher purchase.
Bella Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to deduct 25 points from your account when you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours notice.
One point is equal to the value of $1.00.
All points will be void if we have not seen you within six months period.
Points earned are on price of service excluding GST.
Points policy is subject to change without notice.
