As our valued customers we'd like you to feel confident and secure about shopping on our website and never have to worry about quality, service or security. Gift Voucher Terms & ConditionsGift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be transferred. If you need to change the service, additional price may be applied. Any un-used balance will not be refunded or credited for expired vouchers. Gift vouchers are expired six months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash. The full value of the voucher can be partially redeemed over the validity period but must be fully redeemed before expiry. Bella Skin Health Clinic disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers sent via standard mail will be free of charge. Registered post will be charged $6.00. Express post will be charged $5.00.
Products delivery policiesGoods will be delivered Monday to Friday. There is a flat $10 fee per order (not per product). Orders are sent via express post. Delivery is only available within Australia. Please allow 3-5 working days for Victoria and 5-7 working days for NSW and other interstate locations. A signature will be required at delivery address when receiving the goods.
We do not ship outside Australia.
We do not take any responsibility for any items lost in transit.
Product returns
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products that are being opened or used cannot be accepted for returns.
- We cannot accept returns for an incorrect colour choice on any tinted products. If you are unsure which colour is best for you please visit our clinic or go to your local stockist.
- Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
How to send returns
- All pieces, parts and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your invoice.
- Please retain your postal receipt from Australia Post as we will ask to see this if we fail to receive your return package.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If return is due to error on the part of Bella Skin Health Clinic, shipping charges will be refunded.
- All returns must be accompanied with a note stating purchaser's name, address, order number and the reasons for returning. Please return item in original shipping carton to Bella Skin Health Clinic, shop 6310, 120 - 200 Rosamond Road Maribyrnong, Victoria 3020, Australia.
Charging informationWe accept payments by Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard.
Security of credit card informationWe do not store any credit card numbers for any payment made through this website. The real time eCommerce system allows us to accept a card number, process it, and record only the details of the transaction (success or failure, amount), not the card number. If you at any time believe that your credit card or transaction has been compromised in any way, please notify us immediately.
