Protection for everyday use:

Apply generous amounts of the SPF 50+ sunscreen every day to clean, dry skin at least 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. For maximum protection re-apply every 2 hours or after swimming, perspiration or towel drying. Always wear sun protection clothing, hat, and eyewear when outdoors.
